What would the street-like italian music be called?

Ok, I am looking for the type of italian music that is not opera and is not rock or rap or anything like that. I am looking for sole instrumentals, like if you walk down the streets of italy, you hear a band and they are playing songs with little beats, not strings or flutes, i cannot pin point the sound, but there are some tracks on:
